Welcome to Twin Suns Tattoo (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website at www.twinsunstattoo.com, booking an appointment, or purchasing our services or products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. General Use

Our website and services are intended for adults 18+ unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and accompanied by the required parental/guardian consent documentation.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt operations, or infringe on the rights of others.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

2. Appointments & Deposits

Appointments generally require a non‑refundable deposit to reserve time with an artist. Deposits are applied to your final service total.
Rescheduling or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late arrivals may shorten your session; repeated lateness or no‑shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.
Pricing estimates are subject to change based on size, placement, detail, and session length.

3. Health & Safety

By receiving tattoo services, you confirm that you are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and you have disclosed health conditions that could affect the process. You accept inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reaction, scarring, keloids, or dissatisfaction with design or placement. You agree to follow aftercare instructions provided by your artist.

4. Consent & Age Requirements

We follow all applicable North Carolina laws regarding age and consent for tattooing. Where minors’ services are permitted, we require valid government‑issued identification and parental/guardian presence and consent forms. We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.

5. Artwork & Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, photos, text, logos, and other content on our site and social media are owned by Twin Suns Tattoo and/or our individual artists.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
Submitting reference images does not guarantee replication; our artists maintain creative discretion.

6. Products & Online Sales

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies.
Payment is processed by third‑party providers; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Returns: Unopened, unused merch or aftercare may be returned within 14 days of delivery; buyer pays return shipping unless defective.
Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout; delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Warranties & Disclaimer

Services and the site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation of the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin Suns Tattoo, its owners, artists, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service or product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Twin Suns Tattoo, our owners, artists, and staff from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site or services.
